even 200,000 years ago the oldest human fossils died. and there are few & far between, because fossils are rare. Bones degrade naturally.
So Primates may have split apart, 4 million years ago, and humans & humanoid primates decended from a common ancestor.
4,000,000 years of adaptation would be sufficient to develope intelligence, just look at us 200,00 years ago we could never have been raised to intelligence back then.
