Since when did being "Republican" suddenly mean you were a low-life, jingoist? Gov. Lynch, though lenient with many things he doesn't personally agree with, was quite fervently against same-sex marriage. Yet he did what was right in listening to the people of NH and protecting the rights of its residents, including! those of the church. The only disgrace to humanity and to the American people are people like Doug Lambert, spewing his poisonous hate-mongering and those who stand behind him. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness does not end at sexual orientation. I'm an NH resident who currently lives in Los Angeles, CA. I hope that New England will not let bigotry and completely anti-American hate speech from those who simply parade a conservative banner silence others, as proponents of Prop 8 did. John Sununu’s silence is hurtful. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness does not end at sexual orientation.
