I think Cole and Baird complement each other just like Dom and Marcus do. Cole is a tough, enthusiastic guy who is dimwitted but has nerves and is very unpredictable. Baird is a not -so- tough sarcastic, smart mouth guy who is smart ,dose not have many nerves and is very predictable.
